1. Purpose of the directory

Digitalmarketer.lt is an information directory of Lithuanian marketing agencies and independent specialists. We help visitors discover providers but do not contract on their behalf or supply their services. Agree prices, work and responsibilities directly with your chosen provider.

2. Sources and independence

Profiles are prepared from public professional sources or visitor submissions. An editorial listing may exist without the provider having submitted or approved it. Inclusion does not imply a partnership, representation, recommendation, ranking or quality guarantee. We summarise information rather than copying entire website texts. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification.

3. Submissions and moderation

A basic profile is free to submit without an account. Only submit accurate professional information that may lawfully be made public and that you are entitled to provide. Impersonation, misleading claims, spam, unlawful content and private or sensitive data are prohibited. The administrator may request clarification, edit descriptions, reject duplicates or remove profiles that breach these terms.

All new records, including candidates found by automation, require administrator review. Only approved records are public. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular search position. The directory currently does not collect payments for service contracts. Any future sponsored placements would be clearly labelled.

4. Accuracy

Services, locations and prices can change. Unknown budgets are shown as “Not specified”; an indicative starting price is not a binding quotation. Check current terms and experience directly with the provider before commissioning work. We do not guarantee advertising or business results. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Corrections, removal and notices

To update or remove a profile, email info@digitalmarketer.lt with its name or link and your request. Use the same address to report content or rights infringements, including enough information for assessment. Removal is free, and justified requests are reviewed by the administrator. Personal data processing and rights are described in the privacy policy.

6. External links and availability

External websites operate under their own terms. We do not control their content, security or updates. The directory may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical incidents. Automated use must not disrupt the service or infringe other people’s rights.

7. Updates and contact

These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version with a date. The site operator is Swarnadeep Das. Contact info@digitalmarketer.lt about the directory. We aim to resolve disputes by direct contact; mandatory Lithuanian and European Union law applies.
